Arduboy is an 8-bit game system the size of a credit card with a collection of hundreds of homebrew games made by a community of open source developers. Based on Arduino, it’s a great way to play, make and share 8-bit games online. If you know how to code, you’ll be right at home and if you’re a beginner there are tutorials and examples available in the community. Connect two Arduboys together with the included USB-C link cable for head-to-head multiplayer action! Multiplayer is enabled by enabling i2c communication on additional communication wires of the USB-C connector available on the included Arduboy cable as well as any Thunderbolt 3 cable. This exciting addition also enables the use of external sensors and other devices!

What is the Arduboy FX-C?
FX-C is the latest version of the Arduboy hardware which now features a USB-C connector as well as the external flash memory from the previous Arduboy FX. The Arduboy FX added the ability to store more than one game at a time. You could almost call it an anniversary edition, Arduboy originally launched over 10 years ago on Kickstarter and has grown orders of magnitude thanks to the generous contributions by the Arduboy Community.
